At OnlyGadgets LLC, we're excited to get your professionally refurbished device to you quickly and safely! We know you're eager to receive your new gadget, so we've outlined our shipping process below.


Processing Time


  1. Order Verification: All orders are subject to verification and approval before shipment.
  2. Handling Time: Once your order is verified, please allow 1-3 business days for us to process, test, and prepare your device for shipment. We thoroughly inspect and package each device to ensure it arrives in the condition you expect.
  3. Business Days: Our business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.


Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates


We partner with reliable carriers to deliver your order efficiently. Shipping options and estimated delivery times will be presented at checkout based on your location.

  1. Standard Shipping (Domestic):
  2. Estimated Delivery: 3-7 business days after processing.
  3. Cost: Calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
  4. Expedited Shipping (Domestic, Optional):
  5. Estimated Delivery: 1-3 business days after processing.
  6. Cost: Calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
  7. International Shipping:
  8. Estimated Delivery: 7-21 business days after processing, depending on destination and customs clearance.
  9. Cost: Calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and selected international service.

Please Note: Delivery estimates are calculated from the time your order is shipped, not from the time you place your order. While we strive to meet these estimates, actual delivery times may vary due to factors outside our control, such as carrier delays, customs processing, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.


Shipping Costs


Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  2. The weight and dimensions of your package.
  3. Your delivery address.

Shipping Destinations


OnlyGadgets LLC ships to addresses within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii.

We also offer international shipping to a growing list of countries, in compliance with all applicable U.S. export laws and the import regulations of the destination country.

We are unable to ship to certain countries due to U.S. government embargoes and sanctions. These comprehensively sanctioned countries typically include:

  2. Iran
  3. North Korea
  4. Syria
  5. Crimea, Donetsk, and Luhansk regions of Ukraine (as these are considered under comprehensive embargo by the U.S. government)

Important Considerations for International Shipments:

  1. Customs, Duties, and Taxes: International orders may be subject to import duties, customs taxes, and fees levied by the destination country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the sole responsibility of the customer. OnlyGadgets LLC has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information.
  2. Customs Declarations: We are required to declare the full value of the package contents on customs forms. We cannot mark packages as "gifts" or declare a lower value.
  3. Legal Compliance: All international shipments comply with U.S. export regulations (e.g., those from the U.S. Department of Commerce, Bureau of Industry and Security - BIS, and the U.S. Department of the Treasury, Office of Foreign Assets Control - OFAC) and Virginia state laws. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the device can be legally imported into the destination country. OnlyGadgets LLC is not responsible for any delays, damages, or losses due to customs hold-ups or refusal of entry for devices that do not comply with the destination country's import laws.
  4. Battery Restrictions: Due to international aviation safety regulations, devices containing lithium-ion batteries may have shipping restrictions or require specific shipping methods. This will be reflected in the shipping options available at checkout.


Order Tracking


Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to track your package's journey directly on the carrier's website.


Shipping Issues & What To Do


  1. Incorrect Address: Please ensure your shipping address is accurate during checkout. OnlyGadgets LLC is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you may be responsible for re-shipping fees.
  2. Lost or Damaged Packages: If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at support@onlygadgets.shop.
  3. For Damaged Items: Please provide photos of the damaged packaging and the item itself.
  4. For Lost Items: We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Please note that an investigation can take several business days.
  5. Missing Items: If your order arrives with missing items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a description of the missing items.
