Our 90-Day OnlyGadgets LLC Limited Warranty
Every device purchased from OnlyGadgets LLC is covered by our comprehensive 90-day Limited Warranty, starting from your date of delivery.
This warranty covers:
- Functional Defects: Any issues with the device's functionality that arise under normal use (e.g., camera failure, charging port malfunction, Wi-Fi connectivity issues, non-responsive buttons, speaker/microphone problems).
- Battery Health: If the device's battery health significantly degrades below its advertised percentage within the 90-day warranty period, we will address it.
This warranty does NOT cover:
- Accidental Damage: Damage caused by drops, impacts, liquid exposure (water damage, even if the original device was rated water-resistant, as refurbished devices cannot guarantee original waterproofing), extreme temperatures, or any other physical damage caused by the user.
- Cosmetic Wear: Minor cosmetic wear and tear that occurs during normal use after purchase. Our cosmetic grading (Pristine, Excellent, Good) describes the device's condition at the time of sale.
- Unauthorized Repairs or Modifications: Any damage resulting from attempts to repair or modify the device by anyone other than OnlyGadgets LLC authorized personnel.
- Software Issues: Problems caused by third-party applications, malware, or software modifications (e.g., jailbreaking, rooting) after purchase.
- Normal Battery Degradation: All rechargeable batteries degrade over time. This warranty covers significant, unexpected degradation as described above, not typical aging.
- Lost or Stolen Devices.
- Accessories: This warranty covers the device only. Included accessories (chargers, cables) are provided as a convenience and are not covered by this warranty.
To initiate a warranty claim: Please contact our Customer Support Team at support@onlygadgets.shop within the 90-day warranty period. Provide your order number, device IMEI/Serial Number, and a detailed description of the issue. Our team will guide you through the troubleshooting steps and, if necessary, provide instructions for returning your device for repair or replacement.
30-Day Hassle-Free Returns (for Any Reason)
If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase from OnlyGadgets LLC for any reason, you may return the device within 30 days of your delivery date. A restocking fee may apply; please see our Refund Policy for details.
Eligibility for a 30-Day Return:
- The device must be returned in the same cosmetic and functional condition as received, with no new damage.
- All original accessories (charger, cable if included) and packaging must be returned.
- The device must be removed from any personal cloud accounts (e.g., iCloud, Google Account) and reset to factory settings before return. Instructions will be provided.
- Proof of purchase (order number) is required.
Return Process:
- Contact Us: To start a return, please email our Customer Support Team at returns@onlygadgets.shop with your order number and reason for return.
- Return Authorization: If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.
- Shipping: You are responsible for securely packaging the device and shipping it back to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as OnlyGadgets LLC cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
- Inspection: Once we receive and inspect your returned item to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria, we will notify you of the status. Your refund will then be processed according to our Refund Policy.
Damages and Issues Upon Arrival
Please inspect your order immediately upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged in transit, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately at support@onlygadgets.com. Please provide photos of the packaging and the item's condition. We will evaluate the issue and make it right at no additional cost to you, including covering return shipping if necessary.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have for a refund (following our 30-Day Hassle-Free Returns policy), and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Non-Returnable Items
Please note that gift cards, premium shipping fees, and any bundled accessories (e.g., cases, screen protectors) that were provided free or at a discounted rate with your device purchase are non-returnable and cannot be refunded.
