Once we receive and inspect your returned item (as outlined in our Return Policy), or confirm your order cancellation (as outlined in our Cancellation Policy), we will notify you of the refund's status. If approved, your refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please remember it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
To help us cover our processing and shipping costs for returns not covered by our 90-day warranty (e.g., "change of mind" returns), OnlyGadgets LLC reserves the right to charge a 10% restocking fee on such returns. This fee will be deducted from your refund amount. Returns due to a confirmed functional defect covered by our 90-day warranty will not incur a restocking fee.
Please note that gift cards, premium shipping fees, and any bundled accessories (e.g., cases, screen protectors) that were provided free or at a discounted rate with your device purchase are non-refundable.
