Order Cancellation Policy


You may cancel an order placed with OnlyGadgets LLC before it has been shipped.

  1. How to Cancel: To request a cancellation, please contact our Customer Support Team immediately at support@onlygadgets.shop with your order number.
  2. Eligibility: We will do our best to accommodate your cancellation request if your order has not yet entered the shipping process. Orders that have already been shipped or are otherwise in transit cannot be canceled and must be processed as a return (please refer to our Return Policy for instructions).
  3. Refund for Canceled Orders: If your cancellation request is approved, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. No restocking fees apply to successfully canceled orders.
